Q. What is Collector Café?
A. Collector Café is an information portal dedicated to bringing dealers and collectors closer together.

Q. What does it contain?
A. The site holds a vast amount of information, which will hopefully be added to on a regular basis. This includes articles, email chat, collecting links and classifieds for 90 separate collecting categories. Collector Café also offers an innovative service that offers collectors the chance to communicate with an expert in a chosen field directly at the bush of a button. This service is called "Hot Buttons".

Q. What are Hot Buttons and how do they work?
A. Hot Buttons is an email enquiry system designed so that collectors with a query on a particular subject can send their query directly to an expert on that subject. Collector Café currently has the Hot Button facility available within 7 of the collecting categories, these are Antiquarian Books, Antiques, Cars (Vintage and Classic), Coins, Banknotes & Medals, Fine Art Prints, Memorabilia and Stamps & Postal History. Collectors with a query simply have to click on the Hot Buttons image on the menubar, select the collecting category they wish and then fill out the query form and send it.

Q. Where does the Hot Button query form go?
A. The query form will go to a company that has been assigned the Hot Button for that particular collecting category. This company could be based anywhere in the world but it is assured that they will be qualified to deal with the query because the Hot Buttons would not be offered to unsuitable companies.

Q. Who uses Collector Café and how many visitors does it have?
A. Dealers, auctioneers, collectors, buyers and sellers all visit Collector Café. The website records 15,900 unique customers a month on average.
